CMS "LE SEUL"

One of our missions is to promote the health of the population. True to this policy and aiming to meet the healthcare needs of disadvantaged communities, a medical and social center called "LE SEUL" was established in the suburbs of the capital, Agoe Attiomé, in 2017 and officially recognized in 2018 by a ministerial decree. The center’s mission is diverse, involving medical care, listening, support, and assistance for disadvantaged individuals who, in some situations, cannot afford to consult a doctor. Therefore, the center does not only focus on treating illnesses: healthcare goes hand in hand with social assistance.

Our Services

Combining medical and social functions, CMS LE SEUL carries out various multidisciplinary actions, such as:

• – Consultations
• – Minor surgery
• – Disease prevention
• – Nursing care and childbirth support
• – Family planning and sexual education
• – Social assistance and support
• – Awareness campaigns on STIs/HIV, hepatitis B, diabetes, and prevention of unwanted pregnancies
• – Free medical donations and services (malaria medication, mosquito nets, newborn circumcision campaigns)

Benefits

CMS "LE SEUL" is equipped with health insurance such as the Universal Health Insurance (AMU) and the National Institute of Health Insurance (INAM). The center is staffed by state-registered nurses, midwives, birth attendants, social workers, medical assistants, and interns. Appointments are also scheduled for analyses and ultrasounds, with specialist doctors examining patients.

The center also has a small laboratory for biological analyses (urine, blood, stool).
